Review Sites and Reputation Management

Managing reputation on review sites and communicating with customers publicly and privately is a growing facet of public relations. This important and time consuming task is a very visible part of your brand identity. Responding in a professional and timely manner shows customers (and potential customers) that you care about their opinions.

Brand reputation and personality is also important to consider when making social media posts and comments. Images, messaging and tone need to reflect the brand identity and be engaging to your target audience.

Many businesses have company information and photos on an ever-growing number of partner sites and listing services (free and paid). Schedule time at least quarterly to review these sites to ensure accuracy and continuity of brand messaging.

Press releases and Articles

PR releases and full length articles have always been effective marketing tools. In today’s digital world of ‘bite-sized’ information and social media; it is also important to develop PR opportunities with digital content creators, PR firms, free lance writers and client partner organizations that are looking for digital content to post. Publicity increases brand awareness and drives customers to the brand website.
